All the staff were so friendly and always keen to assist. It was wonderful to be greeted by a smile every day. My room was spacious and clean.

I think some filter coffee would be a nice addition and more variety at breakfast.

good stay but the WORST customer service in Namibia!

The location and cleanlines of the place.

The staff were VERY rude. Upon arrival we were left outside gate for almost 30mins unattended, ringing door bell & knocking. We actually almost left when our driver spotted the receptionist outside the front door mopping. she says she thought we were just "enjoying ourselves chilling and chatting" with our luggage, a taxi driver while knocking. Then the night receptionist insisted she would get us a shuttle to the airport to pick us up at 4am, at N$50. I should have known that was too good to be true! I came to wake her up at 3am to make sure she had confirmed the shuttle so I could cancel our pre-arranged taxi. she confirmed. Long story-short - at 4:45am she tells me she did not make any calls as she did not have airtime "credit"... we barely made it to check-in and almost missed our flight. Needless to say, neither staff were apologetic. instead they blamed the establishment...

Badly managed

One of the receptionists was very friendly and helpful.

Shower outlet was blocked and never resolved during our stay. No electricity in the room when we arrived. Hot water geysers are shared and we seldom had a hot shower. Other guests were very noisy and nobody managing that. Poor setup at breakfast. One small table with no space when serving. Bar and restaurant facilities poor. Nobody managing the way that guests park - were were parked in one morning.

The coffee was good and that is all that I could have for...

The coffee was good and that is all that I could have for breakfast. The dish for scrambled eggs was empty and we were not asked if we would like eggs in another form. There was no plain yoghurt and no white bread. Only sweet yoghurts and white bread.

We could not open our suitcases because the room was too small. Only one bedside lamp was working.

When cars are parked it's a bit challenging for a...

When cars are parked it's a bit challenging for a disabled person to get inside the lodge. There's no bench inside the bathroom for a disabled person. The bathroom is too small if one has a wheelchair.

A pleasant place to stay at in Windhoek

Secure and peaceful.

The gym is took small and very less equipment for my liking or the charge of it. It's a household gym and not ideal for such place and price.

They had a very friendly receptionist who was willing to assist in everything we needed even nothing that concerned the accomodation.fresh breakfast. Awesome.

For both days we stayed there we had to fight to get hot water! We were told they are busy with maintanance, how do u do such while u have guests booked.i had to catch a plane the check out day without taking a bath as the water was cold. Such a dissapoiniting treatment

The staff were friendly and helpful.

when we checked in, we were not informed of their process for the cleaning of rooms. We returned from our outing only to find that our room had not been cleaned because we had left with the key to our room. I did not like the fact that management of the BnB did not inform us that they had not received payment. Only when we were checking out and in a rush to the airport at 04:30 am did they then want the payment issue to be clarified. We were there for four days. We could have resolved the payment issue then, not at the eleventh hour as we were in a rush. In future they should confirm payment when their guests check in, not haggle them as they are about to leave.
